Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we will make sure your order reaches you.

Are there any customs fees or import taxes?

No. There are no additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, wherever you are in the world.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping above a certain order value, depending on your location:

  • Netherlands, Belgium, rest of Europe & UK: free shipping on orders over €125
  • United States & rest of the world: free shipping on orders over $150
  • Australia: free shipping on orders over $200 AUD

Standard shipping costs apply for orders below these thresholds.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-6 business days after shipment. During peak seasons, delivery times may vary slightly.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at hello@soosatelier.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

Contact us immediately at hello@soosatelier.com. Please make sure all shipping information is written in Latin characters (A-Z, 0-9). We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

What is your return policy?

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full product refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How do you package your products?

We take great care in packaging every order. We use sturdy materials and protective layers to make sure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Do you offer wholesale?

What type of stainless steel do you use?

Our metal pieces are made from 18/10 stainless steel, which is widely considered the highest quality grade for tableware. The numbers refer to the chromium and nickel content, making it highly resistant to rust and corrosion, easy to clean, and built to last.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Most of our products are dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the finish and extend the lifespan of your pieces, we recommend checking the care instructions for each specific item. When in doubt, hand washing is always a safe option.

Are your glass products durable?

Yes. We use high-quality glass that is designed for everyday use. Every order is also carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
