Return Policy: 30 Days

At SOOS Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full product refund.

How to Start a Return

Please follow the steps in the portal and make sure to have your order number and email address ready.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, and in the same condition as when received.
• All accessories, and packaging must be included.
• The item must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit. We cannot reimburse items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@soosatelier.com before returning the item. We will assist you and provide the appropriate solution.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return concerns a damaged or defective item.
